To start with would have preferred a classroom environment but talking things through with Rachel has been eye-opening at times and nice on a one to one. What a great “teacher” and all-round lovely lady who had time for me and my daughter when she needed to say hello.

I have read all the feedback off Jason, I have enjoyed the course it has increased my knowledge in a lot of areas and has given me confidence in my workplace. Jason has been amazing.
